1. Services Provided

Our offerings are primarily professional consulting, training, and advisory services. These are tailored to client needs and often involve significant preparation and resources before delivery.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Consulting & Advisory Services:
    Once services have been delivered, refunds are not available.
    If you cancel a scheduled service at least 5 business days in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling credit.

  • Digital Products & Materials (if any):
    Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once files have been delivered or accessed.

  • Workshops, Trainings, or Events:

    • Cancellations made 7 business days before the event will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable, but you may request a credit toward a future session.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if:

  • A service was not delivered as agreed due to our error.

  • Technical issues prevent access to digital products purchased.
